Three Hour Sessions

The Favorite Book

• This session is modified from the upcoming book, The Favorite Book, from Janiece's Teaching Toddlers at Home Series.  It is designed to show teachers how to use just about any children’s book to teach number recognition, counting, quantity, colors, letter recognition, letter sounds and much more.  It is aimed at promoting literacy, number sense, and early academic awareness in young children.  Teachers will be given hard copies of suggested activities and supplemental strategies.
